Dear friends and family,
Well here ya go folks, the trials and tribulations of what it's like for a Texas girl to pack up and move half way across the country to the crazy mixed up town of Hollywood. So far I have moved into an apartment with my roommate from New York, gotten 2 street cleaning tickets and seen Melissa Joan Hart at the Starbucks down the street. I have been lucky enough to have some family and friends already visit me which has been incredible! But most of my days have been spent trying to save money i.e. going through every single tv series on netflix while filling out a thousand job applications.

I have had the opportunity to do a few temp jobs with Warner Bros and I have had several job interviews. I am constantly networking and I do remain hopeful that I will get a job :) For now I am enjoying getting to know my neighborhood and getting a better lay of La La Land. There is always traffic and parking is pretty much a nightmare, but the beach is only about a 20 minute drive and the weather is AMAZING. I do miss barbecue and mexican food, but the food out here ain't too shabby either... (Sprinkles ATM? yuuuuuum!!)
I miss you guys so much and hope this blog will be a way I can keep y'all updated on my life!
